Get Your Burn On!
Burn calories in a fun, high-flying, instructor led round of Air-obics!
Trampoline techniques include Bouncing, Jump Squats, Tuck Jumps, V Jumps, and Power Knees. We'll spice it up by adding floor exercises to include Push-Ups, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and so much more!
1-hour classes held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30pm - 7:30pm!
You may participate in trampoline socks or with low-profile, trainer style shoes. No shoes with large heel pads (i.e. most running shoes) will be allowed.
$12 Walk-In. $5 for childcare (9yrs and younger - Children must be out of diapers.) and $12 (10yrs and older).
